Care & Safety

- Store your soap on a well-drained soap dish at all times. Don't let your soap drown in water. Built-in soap dishes are notorious for that. The drier it gets, the longer it will last.
- Use a loofah to extend its life.
- Use your fresh new soap within 6 months of purchase.
- Store unused soap in a dark, dry, room temp place.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at info@firebotanics.com for further details. At Fire Botanics, all of our products are hand-poured and carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
